As a Influence & Standardisation Expert Community Manager (m/f/d) you will report to the Influence & Standardisation Senior Director based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.
The purpose of the role is to manage and develop the international Expert Community of our Influence&Standardisation (I&S) team which is in charge of norms, standardisation and regulatory affiairs, to support performance monitoring, and to take care of the internal communication of the team activities and achievements.
Your mission
- Connect the central Influence and Standardisation (I&S) team with the I&S Expert Community of subject matter and country experts to ensure coordination and a smooth flow of information.
- Foster a vibrant, collaborative, and strategically aligned, strengthen the identity, purpose, and commitment of the community members.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and the exchange of best practices to support innovation and continuous learning in working methods.
- Ensure regular communication through meetings, workshops, digital platforms, and newsletters.
- Organise and lead regular expert meetings and community seminars as part of the annual governance cycle.
- Support event planning and occasionally represent the company in external committees.
- Contribute to the annual team action plan and track progress using action items and KPIs.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, Business Administration & Engineering; a combination of technical and business education is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a multinational, matrixed environment in project management or orchestrating communities, and facilitating workshops
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in English; French and/or German language skills would be an advantage
