As a Influence & Standardisation Expert Community Manager (m/f/d) you will report to [N+1 Jobtitel] in the [department name] based in Blieskastel for a Permanent contract.
The purpose of the role is to manage and develop the international Expert Community of the Influence&Standardisation (I&S) team, foster a vibrant, collaborative, and strategically aligned network, and to take care of the internal communication of the entire Influence&Standadisation activities.
Your mission
- Connect the central Influence and Standardisation (I&S) team with the I&S Expert Community of subject matter and country experts to ensure coordination and a smooth flow of information.
- Strengthen the identity, purpose, and commitment of the community members.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and the exchange of best practices to support innovation and continuous learning in working methods.
- Ensure regular communication through meetings, workshops, digital platforms, and newsletters.
- Organise and lead regular expert meetings and community seminars as part of the annual governance cycle.
- Support event planning and occasionally represent the company in external committees.
- Contribute to the annual team action plan and track progress using action items and KPIs.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a combination of technical and business education is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a multinational, matrixed environment in project management or orchestrating communities, and facilitating workshops
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in English; French and/or German language skills would be an advantage
