As a Growth Marketing Specialist - Project Business (m/f/d) you will be based in Blieskastel for a Permanent contract.

 

Mission

The Growth Marketing Specialist (Project Business) shapes and leads the marketing agenda for the Project Business segment, enabling customer centric, scalable, and sustainable growth. By owning the end to end customer journey, the role translates business priorities into a clear, data driven marketing strategy and execution roadmap. In close collaboration with Sales and cross functional Marketing and Digital teams, the role connects product and solution launches with differentiated value propositions, drives measurable demand and pipeline impact, and continuously improves marketing performance across global markets through insight led optimisation and simplification at scale.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth marketing strategy for the Project Business segment, with end-to-end responsibility across the full customer journey from awareness and demand generation to conversion and retention.
  • Translate business ambitions into a segmented, multi‑year marketing roadmap per vertical and target group, building measurable objectives and an actionable marketing calendar aligned with enterprise and regional priorities.
  • Drive scalable and sustainable growth through multi‑channel, data‑driven marketing strategies, continuously optimising funnels, value propositions, and messaging through insights, experimentation, and performance.
  • Architect globally aligned, locally scalable activation and campaign plans, including automated journeys, targeted content ecosystems, media strategy, and integrated multi‑market execution.
  • Connect product and solution launches with compelling storytelling, customer benefits, and tailored value propositions for key target audiences (e.g. specifiers, panel builders), ensuring relevance across markets and segments.
  • Define strategic campaign priorities and briefs for Content Marketing and Digital teams, ensuring cohesive awareness, demand, nurturing, and conversion programmes across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Project Business leadership, and cross‑functional Marketing and Digital teams to align on go‑to‑market priorities, challenge assumptions when needed, and ensure unified execution.
  • Own campaign performance and budgets, measuring success through pipeline impact, sales‑qualified leads, and incremental revenue contribution, continuously optimising through insights and test‑and‑learn approaches.

 

 

Profile

  • Strong communication style and stakeholder management with senior counterparts; assertive; high autonomy and ownership mindset
  • Proven track record in B2B Project Business marketing, ideally with exposure to key competitors/market players and large contractor ecosystems
  • Demonstrated output in customer acquisition, product campaigns, and product launches across the full marketing funnel; experience taking ownership of campaign budgets
  • Strong market orientation and network: understands key players beyond products and knows how to engage and influence in the market
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Product, Content, Digital/CRM, Analytics) to drive strategy and execution jointly with the business
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a strong plus. Technical background or strong technical interest is beneficial
