We are currently looking for our future DAM Expert (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.
Mission
- Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management system for product-related data, information, and content, ensuring asset integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams and global product management to understand asset needs and support effective DAM usage.
- Validate digital assets by ensuring naming conventions, metadata, license structures, and expiry dates are correctly applied and secured.
- Act as DAM expert user by supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the user experience in close collaboration with DAM support.
- Link digital assets to publication structures such as e-catalogs and webshops, and define quality standards together with the Publication team.
- Contribute to content creation activities and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy rules.
Profile
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Information Management, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German and/or French language skills are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
