Join Hager Group and help build Industry 4.0 solutions that improve how our production sites operate worldwide. Our Digital Industrialisation team in Tychy develops applications and services that support manufacturing efficiency, connectivity and automation.
As a Software Developer, you will develop and maintain applications that support Hager production processes. You will be responsible for functional analysis, technical design, coding, testing and documentation—working within established standards and collaborating with architects and international project teams
Your Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
- Understand customer needs and translate them into technical functionalities.
- Design, develop, test and deploy applications used to control production lines.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications by adding new features or refactoring legacy code.
- Develop HMI interfaces linked to MES (assembly routing, BOM).
- Deliver high‑quality, reliable code on time.
Project & Collaboration
- Participate in project meetings and cooperate with cross‑functional teams.
- Support local industrial and machinery teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Support & Documentation
- Provide L1–L2 support for industrial applications and resolve issues.
- Facilitate deployment of standard applications.
- Prepare technical documentation and train operational teams.
Requirements
- Around 3+ years’ experience in software development using C#/.NET and Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to analyse functional needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of relational databases and modern application development practices.
- Understanding of MES, production processes or Industry 4.0 concepts is a strong asset.
- Ability to collaborate with international teams and communicate clearly.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- English at a working level (minimum B2).

Recruitment Process
- After reviewing your CV, our Recruiter will contact you for an introductory call.
- You will then be invited to the first interview with your future manager (N+1) and the Recruiter.
- Then the technical test will be conducted onsite if the results will be positive from previous round.
