Senior Software Developer for Industrialization
Join Hager and help build Industry 4.0 solutions that improve how our production sites operate worldwide. Our Digital Industrialisation team in Tychy develops applications and services that support manufacturing efficiency, connectivity and automation.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will design, develop and maintain applications used across our production lines. Working with global teams, you will deliver scalable solutions based on Microsoft technologies and Azure Industrial Cloud, supporting MES, industrial connectivity and digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
- Translate user needs into functional technical solutions.
- Design, develop and deploy applications for production and MES environments.
- Improve and extend existing .NET applications and create HMI interfaces.
Cloud & Connectivity
- Build Azure Industrial Cloud services (IoT Hub, Event Hubs, App Service, Cosmos DB, SQL).
- Use event-driven architectures, microservices, REST APIs, queues and OPC UA.
DevOps & Support
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Provide L1–L3 support and resolve complex production issues.
- Document solutions and train operational users.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Cooperate with automation, machinery and industrial engineering teams.
- Lead improvements and mentor junior developers.
You will bring:
- 7+ years of software development experience, strong C#/.NET Core.
- Good knowledge of Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET, SQL/SQLite, MongoDB.
- Nice to have: PowerShell, .NET 6, REST, queues, OPC UA.
- Experience with Azure PaaS (IoT Hub, Event Hubs, App Service, Cosmos DB, API Management, SQL Server, App Insights).
- Familiarity with microservices and Industry 4.0/MES environments.
- Analytical, autonomous, collaborative mindset.
- English and Polish at the min. upper intermediate level.

Recruitment Process

- You will then be invited to the first interview with your future manager (N+1) and the Recruiter.
