Senior ABAP Developer

We are currently looking for a permanent position of Senior ABAP Developer for our location in Bieruń.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement ABAP solutions for enterprise-wide S/4HANA deployments.
- Develop efficient and maintainable code using dialog programming, ALV reports, ALE, BAPIs, CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori (for both mobile and desktop platforms).
- Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously enhance technical skills.
- Apply coding standards to ensure performance optimization and maintain version control.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze problems, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality operational outcomes.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing deep application support to internal and external project teams.
- Identify and mitigate critical business and IT risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Produce high-quality documentation and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users and support teams.
- Support user acceptance testing and ensure successful release delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Deep expertise in SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, CDS Views, and OData.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in ABAP/SAP development.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
