As a SAP FI/CO Engineer, you will report to the Head of the Finance Application Support Teams within the IT Department, based in Bieruń, for a permanent contract.

 

What you will do

• Manage, customize, and further develop the SAP CO landscape (e.g., cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, CO‑PA, CO‑PC).
• Analyze and design business processes in Controlling and translate them into SAP requirements.
• Drive or support SAP CO rollout, implementation, and optimization projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate closely with ABAP developers and internal IT teams.
• Ensure smooth daily operations (2nd/3rd level support), including troubleshooting and advisory for business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users.
• Work closely with international teams across D&I and Finance.

What about you?

• Several years of experience as SAP CO Consultant (inhouse or external), ideally in S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge in key CO components; FI understanding is a plus.
• Experience in cross‑functional integration (FI, MM, PP, SD).
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, strong communication skills.
• Very good English and Polish; German is an advantage
