Quality Plant Manager
Your Responsibilties
- Lead and develop a team of 10 Quality Engineers
- Oversee quality assurance across all plant processes
- Support new product launches and implementations
- Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Process Engineering and Group Quality
- Drive continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities
Your profile
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Solid background in Quality within manufacturing
- Confident communication and ability to build trust
- English and Polish min. upper intermediate level
- Nice to have: product safety experience
