Quality Plant Manager

Join Hager Group as a Quality Plant Manager, where you will lead a team of Quality Engineers and ensure top standards across all production processes in our modern, innovative plant. Working in a forward‑thinking electrical industry with long‑term development opportunities, you will play a key role in new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Your Responsibilties

  • Lead and develop a team of 10 Quality Engineers
  • Oversee quality assurance across all plant processes
  • Support new product launches and implementations
  • Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Process Engineering and Group Quality
  • Drive continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities

Your profile

  • Strong leadership and people management experience
  • Solid background in Quality within manufacturing
  • Confident communication and ability to build trust
  • English and Polish min. upper intermediate level
  • Nice to have: product safety experience

Additional Information

  • Hybrid model after onboarding (4+1)
  • Occasional business travel (approx. quarterly)
