Global Process Owner – Maintenance & Tooling (M&T)

We are looking for a Global Process Owner – Maintenance & Tooling with strong experience in Maintenance Management, Tooling Management, Asset Reliability, Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, CMMS, TPM and Engineering Excellence. The role is responsible for developing global standards, improving maintenance performance and supporting 16 plants worldwide through structured systems, digital tools and reliability‑driven strategies.
This role requires a senior maintenance leader with experience in multi‑site or international manufacturing environments.
Your Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Tooling Standards

Develop and update global Maintenance Standards, Tooling Standards, preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance frameworks.

Define global maturity levels and implementation roadmaps.
Asset Reliability
-
Lead global Asset Reliability programs (MTBF, MTTR, critical equipment, spare parts).

Oversee tooling lifecycle processes and tooling performance.
Plant Maturity & Assessments

Conduct plant calibration, maturity assessments and performance reviews.

Identify gaps and create improvement plans with plant maintenance teams.
Cost & Value Optimization

Drive a cost‑driven maintenance mindset.

Analyze maintenance costs and identify improvement opportunities.
Capability Building
-
Deliver training, coaching and gemba workshops for maintenance leaders and technicians.

Strengthen global maintenance capabilities and technical leadership.
Digitalization & CMMS
-
Support digital initiatives such as CMMS implementation, predictive maintenance tools, analytics and AI.

Ensure digital tools enhance decision‑making and operational discipline.
Governance & KPIs
-
Track global performance using availability, maintenance cost, MTBF, MTTR, tooling performance KPIs.

Support global governance forums and continuous improvement processes.
You will bring:
Experience
-
10–12 years in Maintenance, Engineering, Tooling, Operational Excellence or Reliability roles in manufacturing.

Experience building or implementing maintenance systems in multi‑site or global organizations.

Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, condition‑based maintenance, tooling lifecycle, reliability engineering.
Skills
-
Strong analytical and cost‑oriented mindset.

Ability to influence without formal authority.

Hands‑on, shop‑floor (gemba) approach to maintenance improvement.

Strong coaching, facilitation and communication skills.
-
Experience with CMMS, maintenance digital tools, and AI‑enabled predictive solutions (preferred).
Languages & Travel

Fluent English.

Ability to travel globally (25–50%).
