What will you do?

  • Collaborate with the local Manufacturing Controller and the global Manufacturing Controlling team, providing valuable insights and interpreting reports and simulations to support decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports in line with Group standards and participate in financial closing activities, including variance analysis and explanations.
  • Perform periodic product cost calculations for local and Group products in accordance with Group standards (HPCS) and explain cost variations.
  • Conduct monthly inventory valuation, maintain master data in the controlling system, and perform periodic controls (including error log reviews).
  • Support global projects and initiatives within Manufacturing Controlling, including global reporting, master data management, and data quality improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • A candidate with a higher education degree, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in controlling, including product cost calculation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a remote and international team environment.
  • Experience working with SAP and Business Warehouse (BW).
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
