As a Controlling Reporting and Analysis Specialist you will report to Controlling Reporting and Analysis Team Leader in the Integrated Controlling Services (ICS) based in Bieruń or Tychy for a pernament contract.

Join Hager as a Controlling Reporting and Analysis Specialist.
What you will do
- Run and update selected Group reports and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform first‑level data validation and analyses to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Support digitalization and automation of reporting processes (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).
- Act as a technical owner for assigned reports and support users when needed.
- Work closely with ICS colleagues to ensure cross‑backup and reporting continuity.
- Collaborate with Controlling, Master Data and BI/IT teams across the Group.
What we expect
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good Excel skills and willingness to learn BI tools (SAC, Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international, process‑oriented environment.
- Good command of English (B2).
- German is nice to have, but not required.
- Proactive attitude, good organization skills, eagerness to learn Controlling & Reporting.
