Key responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate sales opportunities for Project Business in Greater China and advise China MD / Sales Director / MKT director for the area of the business.
- Investigate, assess markets where Hager products and services can be promoted with significant potential of profitable turnover in line with Group and China strategy and development plans.
- Propose commercial/pricing strategy and techincal solution based on the integrated resources in industries, capital or government policies.
- Initiate and develop relationships with potential customers for Project Business. Prepare them for business with Hager.
- Establish a roadmap and execution plan to meet the business targets set by MD in business development. Coordinate and facilitate internal stakeholders including but not limited to sales team, MKT team to meet the targets.
Requirements:
- MBA or master degree in Eletronics or related major
- More than 10years professional experience in business development or commercial management in executive positions.
- Strong networks and business acumen in segments like power, industry, data center etc.
- Proven ability in integrating resource and driving business growth.
- Technical background and fluent English skill.
