We define the global strategic orientations for Hager Group. We explore new market opportunities and provide relevant busines insights to identify new ways to grow in the future. Once our plans are validated, we work together with our Vorstand (Executive Committee) and the other departments within the company to deploy, structure adequate plans, for instance our P2030 project for the 10 years to come.
