We are currently looking for our future Publication Production Specialist (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

This position is responsible to initiate, organise and ensure localized delivery to sales and marketing teams of global print and digital publication (catalogue, brochure, price lists, data sheets, basic sales documentation). 

The Publication Production Specialist (m/f/d) is creating, developping and producing ready to use publications according aligned planning. All deliveries are based on global publication structures and aligned localization. You will report to the Publication Production Manager.

Your mission

• For the supported print and digital Publication types, you clarify and define the target Publication type and template
• You collect and analyse needed information for best-in-class product presentation and select the defined publication or template
• You clarify needed business requirement and ensure in time delivery of localized global publications typs
• You play an important role in recommendation of the global publication types and templates based on market requirements, benchmark and customer journey
• You have got an overall overview for Publication Production projects for all concerned markets and a clear understanding of business and publication information differences in the supported markets
• You ensure production and delivery per market related to season planning according to local launch dates for specific product portfolio

• You ensure consistent user experience through different publications and describe use cases or user stories for open publication requirements or production processes

• You define publication specific asset and text requirements to ensure consistent and efficient production processess

• You review produced publications to ensure business requirements before handover to localize

Your profile

• You hold a Master degree in Engineering, media design or a similar qualifcation
• With a minimum 3-5 years working experience, you offer a knowledge about Product Information related publication production
• You have got a high affiinity to technical products and digitalization and PIM based generated publication and product knowledge would be a plus
• Working in an international work environment is not new to you
• You have got a clear understanding of customer journeys related to specific publication types and you can recommend how to structure and display products and product information in different publications projects
• You speak fluent English (B2) and German and/or French language skills would be a plus 
• You are a teamplayer and like to work in an independet and autonomous way
• Your communication skills enable you to interact with different international interfaces through all levels and departments
