We are currently looking for our future Manager Network & Security Services (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

Mission

• Managing an international Team of IT Specialists
• Responsibility for the global Hager Network (e.g. SD – WAN, LAN, WIFI, Telephony, etc.), the global Security Operations (e.g. Firewall, Antivirus, Mailsecurity, etc.)
• Planning and coordination of complex projects in the above mentioned scope.
• Managing Partners and Suppliers
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications in alignment with the team's scope of work
• Support our internal customers both in the realization of specific projects and in day-to-day support, which consists of processing incoming development and support requests as well as trouble tickets
• Coordinate actions regarding Level 2 and Level 3 support.
• Evaluate and continuously ensure the quality of our documentation and technical specifications
• Close collaboration with all entities within the Operations and Security Department but also across all D&I

Technical requirements, necessary skills and knowledge

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar field                                                                  
• Minimum of 5 years  professional experience and solid expertise in managing an international Team.
• Strong experience in Infrastructure (especially Networking and Security)
• Strong leading and motivation capabilities.
• Knowledge in ITIL and ability to push it into an organisation.
• Fluent in English (required), knowledge of German or French (desirable)
